Terms of Sale

These terms cover purchases on rawkey.com, operated by Preston Cotton, doing business as RawKey ("RawKey", "we"). By buying a license or service you agree to them.

Licenses

Each beat purchase grants the license tier you chose, as described on the licenses page and in the license PDF delivered with your order. The license PDF controls if anything here differs. Licenses are personal to the buyer and cannot be resold or transferred without our written consent.

Exclusive rights

An exclusive purchase removes the beat from sale. Non-exclusive leases sold before the exclusive purchase stay valid under their own terms. When a beat has prior leases we disclose that before checkout and you confirm it before paying.

Payment and delivery

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars. After payment you receive download links on screen and by email. Links last one year, with up to 10 downloads per file. You can request fresh links any time from the download page.

Refunds

Beats are digital goods and all sales are final once the files are delivered. If we cannot deliver your files, or a file is broken and we cannot fix it, we will refund you in full. If a beat sells exclusively at the same moment you pay, we refund you automatically. A refunded or charged-back order ends its license and its download links.

Offers

Offers on exclusive rights are not binding on either side until paid. If we accept, we hold the beat for 24 hours and email a checkout link. Unpaid holds expire and the beat returns to the store.

Services

Custom work (custom beats, cover art, artist packages) is quoted and scheduled by email before any payment, and the agreed scope controls.

Acceptable use

Do not use our beats in content that is unlawful, defamatory, or hateful, and do not claim authorship of a beat you licensed.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. Any dispute about a purchase will be heard only in the state or federal courts located in the State of Georgia.
