FAQ
How do I get my files? +
Right after payment you land on a page with your download links, and the same links arrive by email with your license PDF. Links work for a year, up to 10 downloads per file.
Do I need an account? +
No. Checkout is handled by Stripe with card or Link. Your email is your receipt and your download key.
Are the files tagged? +
Previews on the site carry a repeating RawKey voice tag. Purchased files don't have the repeating preview tag. Some beats open with RawKey's short producer tag, which is part of the beat.
Can I upgrade later? +
Yes. Open your download page and pick a higher tier: you pay only the difference between what you paid and the new tier, and you get a new license for the same beat. Exclusive upgrades follow the same disclosure as any exclusive purchase.
Do you have bundle deals? +
Yes. Put any 3 leases in your cart and the cheapest one is free, automatically. 6 leases, 2 free, and so on.
What happens when someone buys exclusive rights? +
The beat comes off the store immediately. Leases sold before that stay valid under their own terms, and exclusive buyers see that disclosure before they pay.
Can I make an offer on an exclusive? +
Yes. On any beat with exclusive rights open, choose Exclusive and tap Make an offer. Offers start at $150. If accepted, we hold the beat for 24 hours and send you a checkout link.
How do I credit the beat? +
Put "Prod. by RawKey" in the title or description wherever the song is released.
Refunds? +
Digital files are final once delivered. If anything fails to download or is broken, contact us and we will fix it or refund you.
I lost my download link. +
Use the form on the download page and we will email fresh links to the address you bought with.
